Abstract

The Mice industry (meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition) in Indonesia is growing along with the development of tourism and hospitality. This development also occurred in the small town of Salatiga. The MICE industry is growing quite rapidly. However, the Covid 19 pandemic has paralyzed tourism and hospitality throughout. Facing the Covid 19 pandemic, tourism and hospitality implemented health protocols according to government regulations or known as the New Normal Era. By implementing the Health protocol in providing services to customers, it is hoped that tourism will recover as well as various kinds of event meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) that will grow again.
