Abstract

There is a close link between academic atmosphere and academic speech. Academic atmosphere should be managed to cultivate corporate vision and mission in order to develop the organization itself and students as agents spreading out the trusted notion. Corporate founder had realized that all instituion activities have to cascade to their vision and mission. Academic speech as a communication activity can be used to optimalize this objective. Trough planned communication activity, corporate leader is able to utilize it to persuade his comrade, companion, and all counterpart to develop their institution. This paper is collaborated from many areas such as academic freedom theory, newspaper, and obsevation.
