Abstract
The world has changed in profound manner. It is creating the environment characterized by Volatility, Uncertainty, Compexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA). The VUCA world is new reality that forced government, business, political parties, and social institution to reshape the organization. The old ways in directing the organization have to be left. Otherwise, the new approach in facing disruptive condition must be formulated. The concept of “organization agility” offer new perspective of organization competitiveness. Only in agile culture, any organization can be exist and sustain. Organization agility need two inner character i.e. alertness and responsive capabilities. All components and levels of the organization need to be conditioned to internalize the two inner character. Education organization also need the agility in order to have sustainability. Education environment also change fastly and deeply. Internal organization of education should be governed in defferent ways, so the all of parts and persons have adaptive habit. Besides that, the leadership style of education organization determine the level of organization agility.
