Abstract

Continuity of work, especially contract employees, is important because it involves the certainty of life in the future. There are often problems related to contract employee agreements related to the unilateral termination of the work contract by the company. There is a tendency that the workers are often disadvantaged by the unilateral termination of the work contract. There are three ways of resolution, namely by deliberation to reach consensus, by mediation, and with a conciliator. An extraordinary way to use the industrial relations court.
