Abstract

The research focuses on describing how digital archives are stored in the TEMA C2 Berijalan Office Yogyakarta Division, which deals with loan funds. The study is limited to customers in the West Java area due to the larger number of customers and consequently, larger archives. Data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and participation methods. The collected data was then analyzed through data reduction, data exposure, and conclusions to address the problem statement: "How are digital archives stored in the TEMA C2 Division Berjalan Office Yogyakarta?" Findings revealed that some archives are difficult to locate when needed. As a solution, it is recommended that every simulation calculation activity by Team 1 be promptly saved in the correct folder with detailed naming to avoid confusion. Additionally, it is suggested that Team 1 and Team 2 participate in training on managing digital archives to better understand their importance for the company.
