Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) functions to guide the user in work operational steps. The procedure must be obeyed by all the users. As a written procedure, SOP of health and safety communication of PT SUCOFINDO branch Semarang contains some important aspects covering title, number, validation, revision history, goals, scope, reference, definition, description of procedure, and attachments. Completeness and clearness of the aspects help the users to operate each step easily. The SOP format and implementation are almost the same with the steps written in it. The difference is only in unimportant things. If needed, SOP can be revised to adapt to the changes.
