Abstract

This research analyses the reflective statements based on autobiographies written by the students of Study Program of Office Administration of ASM Marsudirini Santa Maria Yogyakarta. The main objective of this research is to find the potential of leadership supporting the achievement of the attitude competency. The students’ potentials of leadership are explored from the reflective statements. Then, the statements are categorised according to Stogdill’s theory of traits, i.e personality, taks-related characteristics, and social characteristics. The reflective statements reveal implicitly the potentials of leadership traits. As the results of the comparison, the potentials leadership traits of the students support the achievement of attitude competencies set by Studi Program.
