Abstract
Unlike companies that are business institutions, hospitals are social ones. Managing hospitals, however, is more beneficial than that of companies. The customers of hospitals, whether they want it or not, have to buy the service offered, at any price they determine. It does not mean, however, that there are no competitions in managing hospitals. This research report illustrates that there is an impact of service and cost toward the patients of the hospitals. The patients' satisfaction will influence their behaviour whether they will be back to the hospital. Their perception will influence their view whether the hospitals are good or bad. That means, the management of hospitals do not only build magnificent complete-Jacilities buildings, but also consider the service and cost suitable with the patients ' or customers' expectation.
