Abstract

The study aims at determining the management of dynamic archive i.e. the determination archive of lecturer credit score at Private Higher Education Coodinator (Kopertis) of Region V DIY. The study emerged from observation of researchers at the Personal Sub Section of Kopertis of Region V association with the determination archive of lecturer's credit score which less neatly arranged with the numbers of archive that are so much. Based on interviews, some lecturers have experienced a loss of deternimation archive of credit score at Kopertis of Region V. To explore the phenomenon of the management of archive determination of lecturer's credit score, the reserach methods used is qualitative method. Data collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and focusing group discussion (FGD). Based on the research results, the recomendations that can be given are the need of policy of the leader of Kopertis regarding records management starting from the creation, using and maintaining and depreciating archieve; coaching about archive; human resources and facilities; using archival box for storage and arraging an existing office space.
