Abstract

Every company depends on its customers. Customers are the sole reason why a company continues to exist. Every company should continue to innovate to find new ways to satisfy its consumers, instead of focusing merely on fulfilling quality standards. Equally important is the need to continuously improve its human resources as a source of competitive advantage. Human resource utilization should be accompanied with continous improvement and development toward workers' ability and skill to enable them to be responsive to changes. Not less important is to initiate change through leadership in every aspect, followed by efforts to build and develop a market information system.
