Abstract

This research aims to find out how high the unyielding attitude of students of the Office Administration Study Program class of 2021. In addition, this research also aims to find out the factors that influence the unyielding attitude of students. This research is a quantitative research. The research subjects were students of the Office Administration Study Program class of 2021. Students' unyielding attitude was measured using an unyielding attitude questionnaire. Questionnaire results were processed using SPSS version 17. The results showed that most of the respondents had the unyielding attitude in the medium category (70.58%). Factors that influence students' unyielding attitude are the students' internal factors (55.18). Factors originating from student external factors are parents (25.87%), relatives/friends (15.52%) and motivational video factors (3.45%). Internal factors that encourage the unyielding attitude in students include students' self-confidence in their own abilities; always think positively or the ability to make sense of life; always optimistic; the desire to reach the ideals or goals of life; and spiritual.
