Abstract

Human beings living in this world are bound by space and time dimensions. When they contemplate that, they can realize the importance of relating to the universe and the beautiful environment. Human beings’ love for it stems from a sense of concern which grows from the fact that it had been partially damaged by their actions. The basic attitude built in the catechesis is to maintain the beautiful universe and environment by expressing gratitude for it as the God’s gift, individually or in groups in a prayer of thanksgiving, as well as the intention to clean the environment from garbage and pollution and create a movement to plant trees. This is the inspiration which will be developed in the catechesis of the universe and the beautiful living environment. Scripture passages and participants’ sharing are developed in its catechesis process. The goal is to make participants aware of the role of God who always actively preserves human’s life.
