Abstract
This paper discusses crisis communication carried out by the government during the covid 19 pandemic. The government must face challenges in the era of open information, deal with various misleading information (hoaxes), provide instructions to the public on protocols during the covid 19 pandemic, and face public disobedience to covid 19 protocol.
