Abstract

This study analyzes the leadership values of the Principal of SMA Pangudiluhur Van Lith Boarding School, Muntilan, Magelang. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, documentation, and participation, while the data analysis method used was descriptive. SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith lives up to the leadership values inherited by Fr. van Lith and the virtues of Br. Bernardus, the founder of FIC, and the Principal of SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith who has personal leadership values. The analyzed leadership values are limited to the five inherited values of Rm. van Lith, namely christian, intelligent, superior, caring, and visionary. The values of Christian leadership, excellence, intelligence, caring, and visionary have been successfully lived by the Principal of SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith and brought to life in the teachers, employees, and students of SMA Pangudi Luhur Van Lith.
