Abstract

This paper discusses the relationship between discipline, honesty, and responsibility in shaping professional employee performance. In modern organizational practices, performance quality is determined not only by technical capabilities but also by the work values inherent in an individual. Discipline relates to consistency of work behavior, honesty reflects integrity, while responsibility demonstrates commitment to entrusted tasks. These three aspects complement one another in shaping the professional character of employee performance. This article uses a descriptive approach based on theoretical studies to emphasize that internalizing these values is key to creating sustainable, efficient, and effective performance.
