Abstract
Video games, especially on smart devices, have become an important part of the entertainment culture of audiences and have a broad impact on society. As a time-management genre game with a culinary theme, Selera Nusantara produced by Gambir Studio is showing influence with the goal of five million plus downloads on the Android game service. This research aims to reveal the production planning of the Selera Nusantara game. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative interview approach. The results of process research show that the production and operation of games at Gambir Studio fulfil the elements of the media economy
