Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) How important is the entrepreneurial mindset for office administration employees, (2) How to apply the entrepreneurial mindset to office administration employees.Discussion of the problem in this study was carried out using qualitative methods, namely a problem-solving approach based on descriptions that were not in the form of numbers. The author discusses the problems to be studied using data using descriptive literature studies.The results of the discussion explain that: 1) the reasons for the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset for office administration employees will provide benefits for employee career advancement with the characteristics possessed by employees, among others: action-oriented with full of optimism, able to think simply in dealing with both internal and external problems company, always looking for the best opportunities, high discipline in work, always focused on the task, improving selfquality, able to compete and always professional to minimize risk. For other parties, including for employees, it will improve self-quality, for companies that will develop, be better known and easier to establish relationships and for the community the company will get a good image from the image of its office administration employees. 2) the application of an entrepreneurial mindset for office administration employees motivates employees to work hard with the spirit of completing their duties, cooperate with other people, both internal and external parties of the company, which will make employees have an attractive appearance, not only from the outside but from the inside such as honest, friendly and polite nature, believes in his ability to succeed in developing his career, is oriented towards the progress of the company by upholding the vision and mission, always wants to increase knowledge both experience and the latest information, ambition to move forward, good at communicating with all parties, has commitment high on his work, responsible for his duties, creative and flexible in finding new ideas that will make the company grow, initiative and proactive, and the courage to take risks
