Abstract

Event Organizer (EO) is a business activity that is closely related to the creative economy. In EO activities, it combines various disciplines that are multi-disciplinary. EO activities turn out to be one of the elements that can help enliven creative economy activities and even add new businesses in the creative economy. Young people (Gen Z) like the EO field of work which has a different character from other jobs, both formal and non-formal. For this reason, personal abilities are needed in certain fields that support the work of EOs. Although they have personal abilities, they also need to have the ability in terms of cooperation because the work of the EO really requires good and harmonious cooperation between EO members in achieving their goals. With good planning and good execution of EO work, results will be obtained that satisfy the employer and the people involved in it both directly and indirectly. The result that is always expected from both parties is satisfaction for everything, thus EO's business as one of the businesses included in the creative economy increasingly supports all parties.
