Abstract

This research aims to find out how high students' collaboration abilities level, and the factors influencing them. It is descriptive research in which the subjects were students of Office Administration Study Program of ASM Marsudirini Santa Maria Yogyakarta of 2023/2024 Academic Year. Students' collaboration ability was measured using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. Meanwhile, the determining factors were analyzed using an open questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of students' collaboration skills were in the quite good category (64%). The factors influencing students' collaboration ability most frequently expressed by respondents included communication skills, willingness to accept input/ideas, responsibility and adaptability.
