Abstract
This paper discusses the crucial role of digital storytelling in enhancing customer relations activities in the digital era. In an increasingly competitive landscape, companies are required to build strong relationships with customers through interactive and emotional communication. Digital storytelling enables organizations to convey messages in an engaging and relevant manner, creating deep emotional connections with their audience. By utilizing various elements such as narrative, visuals, and interactivity, companies can inspire and involve customers in shared experiences that strengthen loyalty. Moreover, advancements in digital technology have provided effective communication media, such as social media and customer service applications, allowing for a more personal approach in interacting with consumers. Through digital storytelling, companies can not only convey information but also build trust and encourage active customer participation. Thus, digital storytelling serves as a strategic tool for differentiating brands and fostering sustainable relationships amidst the dynamic and evolving consumer behavior.
