Abstract
Besides being tourist destinations, Zoos also play an important role as living laboratories and wildlife conservation sites. To support their sustainability, promotion becomes a crucial activity. In line with technological advancements, promotion through various social media platforms has become essential, including the TikTok application. The study aims at describing the use of TikTok as a promotional medium at Gembira Loka Zoo. The data were collected through observation, participation, and interviews. Then, they were analyzed descriptively to know the use of TikTok as a promotional medium at Gembira Loka Zoo.
