Abstract
Companies that wish to operate sustainably must manage their working capital both quantitatively and qualitatively. In general, working capital can be used to assist company leaders in preparing plans for the future. Working capital consists of cash, receivables, raw materials, and finished goods. These working capital elements will be perpetually reinvested to facilitate company operations. By managing working capital properly, company leaders can easily plan company operations and pay their financial obligations. In addition, good working capital management is also used as a tool to measure company liquidity, namely a tool to determine the company's ability to fulfill its financial obligations which must be fulfilled immediately in the short term.
