Abstract

This qualitative descriptive research aims at describing the implementation of goods removal at ASM Marsudirini Santa Maria Yogyakarta. The data were collectected through interview, observation, and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verifying. This research concluded that ASM Marsudirini Santa Maria Yogyakarta has implemented good practices in goods removal, especially in determining the eligibility criteria and conditions for goods removal and organizing the determination of goods selling prices. However, the completeness and main activities in the process of goods removal have not been implemented properly, both in determining the organizer and formulating criteria/requirements for the goods being removed, details of the duties and authority of the parties involved in goods removal, procedures for goods removal, and basic documents, and ethics in goods removal as well. It is recommended that the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of goods removal needs to be formulated and impelemented.
