Abstract

The dissemination of information and the formation of a positive image are crucial for all institutions, including government agencies. Recognizing the importance of information dissemination and image building, the Purworejo Regency Government in Central Java Province, through the Public Relations division of the Information and Communication Office (Dinkominsostasandi), conducts news coverage activities. Field coverage by public relations is essential to obtain pure, factual, and complete information that can be accounted for and does not damage the image. The data was collected from January to February 2023 at the Information and Communication Office of Purworejo Regency. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, documentation, and participation, using a descriptive data discussion method.
