Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand however working motivation influence employee’s performance at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Manggarai or not. This research has done by observing on working motivation influence toward the employee’s performance in a simple linear equation of regression form. This research use primary data from quantitative research method by observing the research object directly. The data is obtained by distributing questionnaire to 80 of total 389 employees who is appointed randomly. Based on the analytical result, this research obtained 0,420 of correlation coefficient. It means relation between working motivation and employee’s performance is medium and 18% of coefficient determinant of changes in employee’s performance determined by working motivation and 82% determined by other factors. The result of analytical hypotesis indicate (4,087) > (2,02108) so it could be concluded that there is significant influence working motivation and employee’s performance.
