Abstract

This paper aims to explain the theoretical effectiveness of the organization. The explanation is based on Miles's view of the model of an organization and the views of McLeod Jr. about the parts of a system. From their point of view, it can be said that the effectiveness of the organization or the achievement of organizational goals has a relationship with the quality of the products resulting from the transformation process. The transformation process is the activity of processing materials with resources that are input from the organizational environment. Product quality is determined by the quality of the transformation process. The quality of the transformation process depends on the quality of materials and resources. All parts of the system are integrally affected by the implementation of organizational management. To ensure the effectiveness of the organization, it is necessary to implement management which must be carried out by managers who have leadership abilities, technical expertise, conceptual, analytical, and human relations skills. The capabilities, expertise and skills of these managers enable managers to carry out management functions, which will determine the effectiveness of the organization, and determine the quality of products, transformations and material inputs and resources of the organization's systems.
