Abstract
Work motivation is very important in every work group. Everyone has different motivations that are influenced by their expectations. A person’s expectations for the work they do are very likely to be different and depend on the demands of their needs. This person’s expectations will affect his behavior and work motivation. Management in the organization is important to understand the expectations of each employee in order to direct them to work more productively. Clarity of work and clear targets can create morale for employees. There needs to be clarity about the impact that will be obtained when employees can carry out their duties effectively with a reward system that can be agreed between management and employees. Paying attention to the most pressing needs to be fulfilled by employees by formulating programs within the organization in the form of rewards, both physical and non-physical. Of course the expectations of employees must be aligned with the achievement of targets and realize the goals of the organization.
