Abstract

Public relations is a management function that helps to create and maintain the communication flow, understanding, support, and cooperation between an organisation or company and its public, and to get involved in solving the problems or issues of management. Public relations helps management to deliver information and be response to the public opinion. The activities of public relations cover both internal and external public. To optimize the function of internal public relations, some factors are needed to be considered, such as management, stockholders, employees and their families, usage of various communication media in accordance with the needs of the company and internal public. Considering those factors enables the implementation of public relations fuctions
