Penerapan Diagram Net Work Dengan CPM Dalam Usaha Efisiensi Waktu Dan Biaya Terhadap Pembuatan T Shirt Yang Diterima Readers Confection Klaten.pdf Download (2MB) |
Abstract
Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) are two techniques normally used to formulate network programs. They are also beneficial for managing network activities to achieve aims in a shortened term. CPM in particular is advantageous for a project management to shorten or to accelerate project time and to economize a project cost. The analysis of a network diagram helps companies to make planning and to control productions through cost economizing and time efficiency because it helps to calculate the time to finish a project. In handling its projects, Readers Convection Klaten has not been using the network method to calculate the times and the budgets of its project. If the company adopts the method, it will be able to accelerate its project time efficiency and to reduce the cost. The normal time to complete a project in the company is 2,520 minutes and the cost is Rp 3,967,800. The profit of the project is Rp 832,200. However, if the company adopts the method, the accelerated time to complete it is only 2,160 minutes and the efficient cost is Rp 3,957,000. It will earn a profit of Rp 843,000.
