As a quality-based practice, benchmarking s indispensible for companies to survive and to promotea a competitive advantage Trough it, compa may achieve equal or better performances than others. Benchmarking can be a basis to improve processes and products continuously. Eventually, it may help companies to enhance a core business process, which offers an incessant competitive advantage
