Abstract
The dynamics that occur in the services sector can be seen from the development of a variety of service industries which are growing. An important implication of this phenomenon is the increasing levels of competition, so we need a proper marketing strategy in order to provide opportunities for companies to grow and maintain its existence in the world of business. Marketing strategy implies SWOT analysis. With a SWOT analysis of the company can evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a project or a business venture. This process involves determining the specific objectives of the project or business venture and identifying the internal and external factors that support and do not support in achieving that goal.
