Abstrac Each higher education has a vision, mission, and goals to achieve. And, there are many ways to achieve these goals.One of them is by creating conducive academic atmosphere. This condition makes the teaching learning process run well and this condition will be achieved if there is an optimal interaction between lecturers and students, among students, as well as students and employees.
