Abstract
Job satisfaction is a feeling that supports or doesn’t support the employee in accordance with the jobs itself, or even something outside the job. Those factors that influence employee’s job satisfaction comprise of company’s internal factors and employee’s factors. By knowing the scores and responses of employees toward the respective factors, we are able to evaluate the job itself. The aimed target is to encrease the fulfillment of job satisfaction and to overcome problems and complaints of company’s stakeholders in order to support the insurance service of branch office of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
