Abstract

The biggest source of state revenue is still dominated by tax sector. Taxes are used to run the government. Therefore, the government has to increase the state revenue from the tax sector through various tax policies. The tax potential to increase the revenue is Land and Buildings Tax. The tax payment compliance, however, is still low considering the very heterogeneous society and the vast tax objects. The societies as tax subjects have to calculate, pay, and report their own taxes. Therefore, to optimize tax compliance, the government intensifies the tax levy by counseling, providing services, inspecting, and removing tax penalties.
