Abstract
This study aims at describing and explaining the storage of health workers files at Panti Rapih Hospital. Data were collected using interview, documentation, and observation methods. The result of the research shows that the storage of health workers files in Panti Rapih Hospital can achieve the purpose and done by referring to the file maintenance procedure set by the head of the hospital. The achievement of the objectives and the implementation of the storage of health workers files in Panti Rapih Hospital cannot be separated from the support of File Maintenance Staff and Data Basis of Health Service Providers who meet the qualifications of knowledge, skills and work attitude.In addition, it is supported by facilities maintenance and storage of files which are in sufficient quantities, complete forms, and good condition.
