Abstract
Today's organization or company is likely to have the millenial office employees having more positive points compared to the previous generation. However, they also have negative point in which they are easy to move from one job to another one if it does not suit to their passion. Office works are considered as routine and monotonous ones. All are done in the office. Meanwhile, company needs office employees to have high job engagement Based on some research results , the head of the company or organization can make some efforts to make them have high job engagement. Among others are the use of the newest technology in doing and finishing office work; the use of the newest communication media as one of the media to communicate among employees; the implementation of authentic leadership model; the creation of brotherhood and unity among employees; the creation of flexible office lay out; and the existence of the head of organization or company having positive thinking toward the millenial employees.
