Abstract

This research is a quantitative research aiming at examining the relationship between self-efficacy and students’ interest in entrepreneurship. It also aims at finding out the level of self-efficacy and students’ interest in entrepreneurship. The population of this research are students of the fifth semester of Secretary Study Program of ASMI Santa Maria 2016/2017 academic year and the sample are 40 students. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and students’ interest in entrepreneurship of the students of Secretary Study Program of ASMI Santa Maria. In addition, the level of self-efficacy and the level of students’ interest in entrepreneurship is in the middle category. Keywords: interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy
