Abstract

In order to achieve the goals of higher education, each institution needs a good organizational structure, that is healthy and efficient organizational structure. In the process of forming the organizational structure, the team should pay attention and apply various principles of organizations, namely formulation of clear goals, departmentalisation, division of labor, delegation of authority, the span of control, levels of the organization, and unity of command. The implementation of these principles in the process of organizing can generate healthy and efficient organizational structure.
