Abstract
Companies always try to achieve maximum development and they have to able to compete in the globalization era. To achieve that, the companies need employees who are skillful in theis fields. Based o the research, creativity can influence the achievement of company employees. Other factors are for example: intelectuallty, talent, motivation and external environment. Some characteristics of creativity individuals are : able to think, adaptive, good at details, curious, imaginative and high risk taking. Creative employees can create new ideas, procedures or processes in working in a complex social system. Some effort of the company leader to encourage their employees creativity are : developing supporting culture and environment in the organization which support the employees freedom in creating creativity, offering reward and other appreciation to the best employees, offering the concept of the right man ini the right place, creating working groups, encouraging employees to solve problems in better ways.
