Abstract

The key of success a company is determined by many things, one of them is the employee. The employee is constitute of an aset and company capital to reach company goal. Therefore, it is expented by employee communication that is involved well will help to bring into reality this company goal. The communication of employee is held to the three ways. There are up, bottom, and in a row. That communication is done by principle that management should be aware to give oral information and written information with using message which be able to receive each other. The media in communication must be used in order that message is able to receive in a effective manner for the employee and the other way. This research is done in Wedi Klaten Readers Convection. That convection is as family company which applies employee communication in order to defend existence this Readers Convection because of many competitions in Klaten.
